ABOUT ME

My name is Anthony, and I've been a trainer for 6+ years training in large commercial gyms, private facilities, and now a home based studio.

TRAINING STYLE

I am not a drill sergeant, I am your coach.

Indoor and outdoor training, I utilize both to keep routines fresh and fun. I use functional training tools: your bodyweight, Yoga balls, boxing equipment, kettle bells, dumbbells, resistance bands, TRX.

Your body adapts very quickly and to keep you progressing I use a combination of traditional, HIIT circuits, and other routines.
